Any product ordered on seveneleven.com.ua or purchased in a company store and not suitable for any reason (style, size, color), you can exchange / return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Just contact us by phone +38067-18-18-711.
After that, you need to pack the product and attach it to the packaging, seals, labels and stickers that relate to the product and send it to the address agreed with the manager.
In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, we bear the cost of sending the goods back to us. In all other cases, the cost of delivery is paid by the client. Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before ordering and we will always help you.
After receiving the goods in stock, we check it up to 3 working days for compliance with all the rules below. When we accept the goods you send, the status of your order in your account in the order history will change from “Transaction completed” to “Return” or “Exchange”. After we accept and check the refund, we will refund your money in cash or by transfer to Privatbank card. In the case of an exchange, we will send you the goods in return.
Return is not accepted if:
