After receiving the goods in stock, we check it up to 3 working days for compliance with all the rules below. When we accept the goods you send, the status of your order in your account in the order history will change from “Transaction completed” to “Return” or “Exchange”. After we accept and check the refund, we will refund your money in cash or by transfer to Privatbank card. In the case of an exchange, we will send you the goods in return.
Return is not accepted if:
